SHIPPING

Once your order has been placed your item(s) it will be dispatched within 1-5 working days and will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. If you would like to track your parcel, please choose Tracked 48 at checkout - you will then receive a tracking code via email; These emails sometimes land in your spam folder so please check this.

If your item was sent via 1st Class delivery and is lost in transit, this is no longer the responsibility of Proper Good. I would always recommend ordering via tracked delivery to ensure any lost items are avoided, especially during busy periods.

Phone Case orders and A2-A0 orders are printed by my trusted suppliers so there is a 5 day minimum processing time before I am able to dispatch.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to return your item, please emailh ello@wearepropergood.com. A2-A0 prints and phone cases are made to order and are therefore not refundable or exchangeable. Please take this into account when ordering these items.
