RETURNS
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after the item(s) have been delivered. We do not currently offer paid returns meaning you are responsible for the shipment and payment of the return. We would always suggest using a tracked service for your return.
When returning your parcel, please clearly mark it with your full name and order number. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
In order to return an item correctly, please follow these conditions:
- Return must be sent to us within 14 days of purchase
- Item must be returned undamaged and unused, with it's original packaging
- Return your items to us using a tracked service
- Please note, phone cases and custom prints are not refundable or exchangeable.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the above process and then place another order for your correct item.
CANCELLATIONS
All our prints and phone cases are made to order which means once your order has been placed, the information is automatically sent and processed with our printing team. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel any orders once they have come through to our side.
