Firstly, thanks so much for purchasing! Once your order has been placed your item(s) will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery unless Tracked 48 is chosen at checkout. If you have upgraded your delivery to Tracked 48, you will receive a tracking code via email; These emails sometimes land in your spam folder so please check this.

If your item was sent via 1st Class delivery and is lost in transit, this is no longer the responsibility of Proper Good. I would always recommend ordering via tracked delivery to ensure any lost items are avoided, especially during busy periods.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you would like to return your item, please email hello@wearepropergood.com. A2-A0 prints and phone cases are made to order and are therefore not refundable or exchangeable. Please take this into account when ordering these items.
