I'VE PLACED AN ORDER, HOW LONG UNTIL IT IS DISPATCHED?
Dispatch time is our processing time and does not include the time for shipping with each courier. All phone cases, prints and frames are made to order and our lead time before dispatch is 2-5 working days and 5-7 working days for framed pieces. This is likely to increase during busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and seasonal sales.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! We ship worldwide using a variety of tracked services. Confirmation emails and texts are sent out automatically however these often land in spam folders. Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive a secondary email which includes your tracking link.
If you do not add an email at checkout, these will not be sent. If you have any issues with locating your tracking details, please email us on hello@wearepropergood.com and we will be more than happy to help.

Yes! We offer a free framing service when you order a frame and a print.

Brand Story

Proper Good is a fast-growing, personality-filled home and gift brand that was born during the 2020 lockdown. The business started as a passion project from Abbie’s bedroom floor and has grown year-on-year into the worldwide market.

In 2022 Abbie began to take part in pop ups and markets across the UK, including the likes of the Trafford Centre Boots, and was blown away by the response at each event. From here the brand has seen notable growth in the wholesale market and has since been stocked by the likes of Oliver Bonas, Anthropologie and Wolf & Badger, along with independent stores across the UK, Europe, US, Australia and Canada. The Proper Good team now consists of Abbie and her two assistants Aimee and Gabs who fulfil all stockist orders from their two Manchester-based studios.

In addition to stockists, Proper Good have collaborated with brands such as Roland DG, Skinny Dip, Sweaty Betty, Sezane and Papier.

PRODUCTION

Designed, printed and framed in Manchester using locally and ethically sourced materials.

Proper Good’s stockist orders are printed on demand, framed, packed and shipped from their Manchester production studio. This in-house production allows for the team to meet high quality standards, respond quickly to any custom requests and work closely with their stockists.

Artwork is giclee printed on archival matte paper which is made to last, before being framed using FSC certified mouldings that are handmade in London.

Proper Good’s online customer orders are printed and dispatched from their London-based production partner. Again using archival papers and FSC certified mouldings. By printing on-demand the team aim to create less waste and a more personalised option for customers.
